1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging RegisterMyLLC.in for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

RegisterMyLLC.in provides the following services to Indian founders:

• US LLC formation in any of the 50 states
• EIN (Employer Identification Number) application with the IRS
• Registered Agent services (1 year included)
• Articles of Organisation preparation and filing
• Operating Agreement drafting
• US bank account guidance (Mercury, Relay, etc.)
• Stripe / PayPal activation support

We act as a facilitator and service provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice. For legal or tax matters, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

3. Fees & Payment

Service Fees

Our fees are communicated clearly before any work begins. The stated price covers our service charges. State filing fees (paid to the US state authority) are separate and will be communicated to you upfront.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required before we begin filing your LLC
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are non-refundable once the process has been initiated
• We offer a free consultation before you pay anything

Refund Policy

If we are unable to complete your LLC filing due to an issue on our end, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available once your LLC has been filed with the state, as the state filing fee is non-recoverable.

4. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to complete your LLC formation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid passport copy
• Choose an LLC name that is available and does not infringe on existing trademarks
• Respond to our requests for information or documents in a timely manner
• Use your US LLC only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain compliance with US state requirements after formation (annual reports, etc.)

5. Timelines

We provide estimated timelines based on typical processing times. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timelines may vary depending on:

• The US state selected for LLC registration
• IRS processing times for EIN applications
• Bank platform verification procedures
• Speed of document submission by the client

We will keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the process and flag any delays as soon as we are aware of them.

6. Limitations of Liability

RegisterMyLLC.in is not liable for:

• Rejection of your LLC name by the state (we will assist in resubmitting with a new name)
• IRS processing delays or EIN rejections due to inaccurate information provided by you
• Bank account rejections by Mercury, Relay, or any other financial platform
• Tax obligations arising from your US LLC operations
• Any business losses or third-party claims related to your US entity

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Your documents and personal data are shared only with the parties necessary to complete your LLC formation (state authorities, IRS, registered agent). We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RegisterMyLLC.in website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
